Here at Aquanaut Dive Club, we take your privacy protection seriously. Our Privacy Policy describes the data we collect from our guests on diving, snorkeling, and safari trips, daily visitors of the Aquanaut Dive Center, and corporate website visitors.

To provide our finest customer service to our guests, your personal information is collected to make your reservation, provide the services you requested, ensure we meet your needs while you are with us, and/or allow us to contact you if needed.
Our guest's personal information provided will be used to send you newsletters regarding promotions or to inform you about the latest offers or other information that may be of interest to you.

In our Diving Center:

Such profile information may include the guest's name, address, phone number, a copy of the passport information page, and e-mail address. The guest profile may also include certain information regarding your service preferences.

Diving Center:
During your activity, we record this information to comply with financial reporting requirements, including those imposed by auditors and government regulators.
We may also collect certain information as required by local laws (e.g. passport number). Information particular to your activity and place of stay may also be stored (i.e. health issues, payment difficulties, special requests, service issues).
In addition, we may retain the content of any document (including comment cards, electronic documents, such as e-mails, and other similar forms of communication) that you send us before, during, or after the activity.
